Honda City 2010 car alarm needing replacement

Anyone replaced his car alarm before? I like to get car alarm that has same fob as my current car key, so that I don't have to carry additional fob. But this car alarm from Indonesia which has similar Honda key fob, carries no warranty, cost of installing is rm150 outside - about three times the cost of car alarm which seems a bit on the cheap side with no warranty, I scared having to send more money re installing. Ideally I want a shop that offers me similar car alarm/key fob, with some warranty..

Anyone knows where I should go or any local supplier for this car alarm?

How do I replace light bulb for this recess light

Hi
I don't know how to open this casing to take out the bulb and replace with new. Should the entire casing and bulb be replaced instead?
If so what should I buy to replace it? E27 bulb preferred as I find all these fixture p expensive to replace bulb when bulb is gone.

replacing picabot battery

My husband got me a picabot back in 2010 after I delivered. Now the battery is running down, needs replacement. Apart from getting from supplier, was wondering how others get theirs. I was quoted RM220 plus 16 ringgit delivery charge which I am not keen to pay. Given choice, I'd rather have a new irobot, but since I have it already, I intend to use it till the item collapses.
Anyone has any idea if I can get the battery elsewhere/cheaper but not any less in quality?
what can I do with Skybox F3

I've got a skybox F3, currently being used for playing mkv files and other files that Sony TV would not play automatically via USB. Was wondering if the Skybox serves bigger purpose like being able to watch internet TV (youTube, BBC Iplayer folllowing IP Address removed), etc. Currently I have HyptV providing basic channels which admittedly I don't follow much. I wouldn't mind watching certain streaming or Video On Demand sometime...

infrared convection oven -flavorwave, elba or Pens

I am sold of the idea of infrared convection oven - round glass oven that cooks faster than conventional type and tastier too. Just that I wonder if I should get flavorwave or Elba or Pensonic. Flavorwave is well known internationally for this with heavy promotion on as seen on TV and you tube. Just that I wonder if those sold in Malaysia is indeed genuine brand or just cheap imitation with no place to claim warranty if things go wrong. Elba and Pensonic are well known locally so I have more confidence if item is spoilt, however I wonder how they compare relative to flavorwave. Thoughts anyone? Anyone having any of these brand and would like to help out?

My most in use gadget just died today, leaving me extremely crippled. Never occur to me things can be so flimsy.
I would hope it would be battery brick rather than motherboard but i suspect its most likely to be the latter.
Question: where should i go to fix this? Heard it would cost 600 ringgit. I m wondering if i shoul just get a sony instead as i have more faith for sony. Should i go to samsung centre? Which one? How long wouldbe the warranty?

car tyre seems out of air very soon

My Honda city 2010 front left tyre seems to be out of air much sooner than the rest. . How does one know if it's punctured or in trouble? After air filling I notice I don't have to press accelerator as much and the front left seems out of air more than the rest. I also feel engine shaking up on front left a few occasions coming out from shopping car park. I'm not planning to go to Honda centre for checkup. In fact was thinkin of just goin to one of those workshop to ask but before I do so, I'd like to know a bit more about common problem, how often does one fill air tyre and what how much air should one put. Estimated cost of fixing car tyre. Thanks in advance.

hollow, loosened tiles. .

hi
need advice here. I just move recently to maple, Sentul. place had been rarely occupied as previous owner lived in the UK.
the tiles measuring 1.5 feet squares has a lot of hollow sound with two already loosened. apparently they'll break as happened to many units here. y t l fixed 50 units so far for free while claimed that I'm the second owner thereby has no agreement with me. refused to fix it but if it's first owner it's fine till last year. I complained last year end.
my neighbour is a tenant but his unit
was fixed as the landlord despite being second owner owns a few units of y t l thereby had pulled some good strings.
my questions are as follows:
1. what should I do? where's my right?
2. would applying liquid cement help to prevent breakage?
advice please!
thanks.

Hi my car less than five year old. Can't start the engine after stopping it and while it's hot. This is the second time it happened. Meant to bring to service centre but always busy on Saturdays. Have you encountered this before? Even if it's not the same brand car? What could possibly be the cause?

orbital auto fan on celing

I'm thinking of getting this to save space as standing fans are taking too much space. Both are eye sore, I agree but effective in keeping me cool. Want to know how is orbital fan to be installed. My unit has the electric placement (sealed with round metal which can be opened) where one can install light or celing fan. No clue whether orbital celing fan can fit in though. Presumably swithc would have to be installed?
Any estimate of installation will be great plus where I can get good price, durable, good looking (this would be great if it's available in malaysia at lower price orbital cool fan
