A tiring and volatile 2018

2018 has been a volatile and tiring year. Business is slowing down causing bottom line to drop. Rubber and palm oil price is fluctuating. Equity market going down. Coping with the changes in policy here and there yet with lots of occassions that guidelines are in ambiguity

Lets hope 2019 a prosperous year with conducive environment for everyone and all the businesses ☺.

Maxis and unifi - connection slow and not stable recently. Facepalm. Promoting speed upgrade but i did not experience the upgrade. Nvm but syukur sudah jikalau speed is stable.

Why the notice put closure of the bridge starts from 12 am, but the bridge has been closed at 11.30pm? Causing inconvenince...did i read the notice wrongly? Who is the organizer?

Why ppl still using line? In my opinion, i find it the lousiest chat app. Cannot even provide a proper backup solution. Now i am stuck, getting error message in importing backup file to new phone. Data in old phone all wiped put.

Bcoz some ppl are still using, i have to go through the painful backup n restore process......

Line, please learn from whassap and wechat. User friendly, convenient, problemm-free backup n restore process.

Just realised the following charges by airasia:

1. Rm16 additional charges for using credit card to make payment online. Online transfer is not spared from RM4 charges.
2. Rm10 for printing the ticket over the counter. The kiosk wont allow you to reprint the boarding pass in 1 hour before the flight even though you have checked in way before the flight.

Lets share what other charges that you encounter.

The charges is relatively small. But the point here is the nature of the charges.

Regardless you drive a ferrari or kancil, you may not be happy to have to pay per-day entry parking rate even though you have to drive out of the parking space in 5 mins time just bcoz u cant find a parking lot / u want to pick someone up from the basement.

As far as i am concerned, usually there is no additional charge if i pay my 5 star hotel accommodation in credit card or by cash. I have yet to encounter situation where i need to pay rm10 extra charges for using credit card or rm2 extra charges for using cash to pay the 3 star hotel accommodation fee. It is either u factor in the "extra charges" into the accommodation fee or u dont charge at all. I think this is a very back-fired marketing techniques if you just want to make your accommodation fee looks cheaper.

It is not about the quantum but the sensibleness.

Anyway, airasia ticket is still relatively cheaper most of the times compared to other carriers. Also, their attendants are younger and hotter. So you may ask me to STFU and see the net total payment in the end. It is your choice to choose to fly which carriers anyway.

I realised after each trip with uber, it is mandatory for you to provide rating to the driver, before you are able to schedule next trip. Annoying to me

Dont you think it would be more friendly if sit at front seat? I myself think that, if we put ourselves at the uber/grab drivers' shoes, we prefer the passenger to sit in front. After all, some drivers are just part time driver.

Improvement areas of our government bodies

What areas do you think that the services of the goverment bodies can be better?

1. Long awaiting period before someone pick up the call/ no one pick up the call after trying numerous calls from morning to evening

2. Finally when someone pick up the call, the ball get kick to another staff and the long awaiting period continue again. Most of the times end up with no one pick up the call and when we try to call back the first one who picked up our call, no answer anymore.... back to point 1
