please recommend me PC my budget MAX RM 1700 including monitor, no need speaker keyboard and mouse
usage : - online gaming, preferably able to play Heroes of Newerth in high resolution
if possible able to able some new game such as COD in mid detail

can someone help me

i have assignment to create a media browser that display file (something like windows explorer)
and i will have to create media player and image viewer
and when i double click on music file or video file or image file on my media browser i will open with media player and image viewer that i have create
need help

i dont know how to start with it
please help me
