            <description>hello guys,&lt;br /&gt;i have a huge problem, i cant seem to get a good night sleep for the past 3 months after i start working out at the gym...i know its weird but have any of you guys suffer from this problem too?? restless night....it took me 2 hours to sleep, its really annoying when you need to wake up early the next day for class.people tell me that maybe i am stress out that is why i cant sleep, but i am having my holiday now, i got nothing to be stress anymore..i tried not working out 6 hours before sleep,drink more water,drink milk before sleep and i stop taking caffeine.&lt;br /&gt;the thing is if i stop working out for 4 days the symptoms stop. please dont tell me i need to stop working out. guys help me&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33; thanks&lt;br /&gt;</description>
