DiGi BIS

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I'm currently having problems with my BlackBerry Bold 9700. I subscribed to DiGi BIS RM2/ day -- http://www.digi.com.my/blackberry/prepaid_...berry/how_to.do

It stated clearly I could use UNLIMITED BBM, Facebook, Twitter, MSN etc.
But I got charged extra when I used them. Not only my RM2 got deducted but on top of that, I got charged up to RM5 (that's their max already) I called up DiGi to clarify the problem but they insisted it's my settings problem. So they guide me with the settings, and yet, the problem still occur.

My APN is set to Blackberry.net (default) and DiGi told me I was charged under Diginet/ WAP. Funny thing is I didn't even touch my phone for the whole day yet I got charged and got blamed. Not only they charged me on my so called internet usage, I got charged for making calls as well when I didn't even make any calls or even a text out.

Angry. I went to DiGi center and the staff there just made it worst. I can't even access any of my apps now -.- I still got charged RM2/ day yet, I can't even BBM. What's the point?! Also, my credit just keep running and I got this message from DiGi everyday -- "Congrats! Your daily internet usage has reached RM5. Enjoy free internet usage from now until the end of the day." When I try to open my browser since they said "FREE INTERNET USAGE", turns out I can't even load a single thing. Gotta depend on my wifi for it.

Btw, my Host Routing Table is empty. It was okay few days back, then suddenly it's empty. My Browser settings only display Hotspot Browser & DiGi WAP. Before this there's one more -- Internet Browser or something.

It's been days and I called up DiGi so many times that I got fed up. The only thing they told me is my settings problems and all. What can I do now? I register for the service book so many times via my Blackberry but still, nothing came in. It's been days and I feel so disconnected without my BlackBerry
