Following is a survey questionnaire designed by a Year 3 Semester 3 Bachelor of Communication (Hons) Public Relations student from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. The study’s objectives are to seek out the reason and problem why people not shifting the traditional media to new media (Internet) since Internet is widely available to everyone of us. Thus, the characteristics of this group of people also can be justified.
