Game crashes back to dektop

I recently reformatted my laptop and upgraded my RAM from 1gb to 3gb.

I did both of this at the HP service centre as my laptop's model is a HP Presario V300 series.

Now when I want to plat a game i.e. Diner Dash 2, Zuma, Bejewelled it goes back to my desktop.

I have tried manipulating the compatibility mode of the game but it doesn't work either. I was wondering if this may have anything to do with my RAM upgrade.

I'm running short of time because I will be going to study soon so any help asap is much appreciated!

Compatible Replacement Battery

Hi everyone,

I want to replace my battery because it has an extremely short life span. I contacted the HP office and they quoted me a very high price for a replacement battery. My friend who works in HP offered to get it for me in staff price but he couldn't find the model of my battery.

I am hoping to find a battery that is compatible with my current laptop.

My laptop's model and make is a HP Compaq Presario V3509TU

If anyone can help, it is much appreciated.

Formatting laptop, what happens to anti virus ori?

Hi everyone.

I need a bit of help. I intend to send my laptop for a reformat soon but I need to know what will happen to my Kaspersky anti virus. Thing is, my anti virus is the original version.

Once I reformat my laptop, will I not be able to use the anti virus anymore?
