Needed advice for laptop

Hi everyone ,

I needed advice from you guys for me to decide which brands of laptop that I should choose.

The usage that I will be to use is mostly gaming(i love those game with good graphic) , internet , movie , ms office.

I concerned about the battery life , how long can the battery last , the weight , the cooling , backlit KB

Screen size is not a big deal thou.
And yea my budget is around RM2k-2.5k.

EDIT: any idea for trade in old desktop and laptop? prefer at kl area.

Hi all , hoping u guys have a great day.

I'm here to seek for advice from everyone in LYN.

Right now I am totally lost and don't know what should I do for the next step in my life.
I'm interested in finance and banking. And I have planned to study a finance degree and after that CFA. But with my CGPA I'm afraid of I will fail to enter those 'top' IPTA , due to I only scored 3.09 ( PA - 3.67 , Eko - 2.67 , P. Perniagaan - 3.0 , Perakaunan - 3.0 ) .

Right now , I saw that UUM and UMS offered degree courses that I'm interested with , but I do not wish to go far to study ( i have my own reason).

So that I have few institutions came in my mind which are HELP and Taylor
Due to I have a financial problem , I think that the tuition fee for Taylor will burden me and also the requirement of English knowledge will be one of my obstacles , I only scored a Band 3 in MUET and C in 1119 English test (SPM time).

But from what I saw that Taylor's offered a degree course that has been accepted into the CFA Institute University Recognition Program which struggled me from choosing either HELP or Taylor.

So I am here to please to seek for yours advice.

hi all sifus..recently i just bought a bb 3g curve (original set) + a 8gb micro sd card (class 10) in RM1400...I want to ask u guys is that worth to buy these in such price? I fell like want to resell this bb (exclude the memory card) and buy 9700...can any1 lighten me? sorry for my noob english

hi all....im new at this forum...
i need some recommendation to me for build a new rig....

Budget : around rm2000
Purpose : Surfing Internet, Watch videos, Downloading, PPS *Gaming*
Games : Blackshot , Heroes of Newerth , DotA and some Facebook's games
duno want amd or intel / ati or nvidia because duno thier features....but i need a machine that is CHEAP and good for gaming
maybe will buy at this month or the pc fair at this weekend

+pls state the price too
+what OS shud i use?
+want a real power PSU
+24/7 open pc
+want a HUGE case to suit some HUGE gc i heard cm scout cant suit gts260
+cm atcs good or not?can suit HUGE gc?
+i would like minimise the budget
