Part-Time Study In Malaysia

Hello guys, I need some recommendations. I(Dip. Mechanical Engineering grad 2008) plan to further my study in part-time mode, until now I don't know which university should I go. For now, I work in customer service and decides to do degree on telecommunication engineering or computer networking since I lost my passion in mechanical. I read about OUM but from my research on the net, OUM is a place where you want certificate, not knowledge. So, I guess that is not appropriate action to learn something technical from OUM. Or am I wrong? Any fees around 20K++ to complete and location around KL/Selangor will do.

So, any ideas? Thank you.

CQ40-133AX Motherboard Faulty

I bought the laptop on Dec 2008. After a 5-6 months, the LCD display going to distort. I sent to HP. Then last month, I sent again to HP due to same problem plus hard disk not found error.

Today at 6 PM, the HP spoke-person called me and tell that my laptop's motherboard corrupt. They repaired the screen and the hard disk is fine, but SATA-connector(im not sure) broken. And that part comes through a motherboard. SO they need to replace my motherboard. But it is not covered in warranty. I have to pay a thousand++.

Then what should I do? Can I bring my laptop to somewhere cheaper? Please help me.
