Sneeze while peeing

I was peeing like normal then suddenly i sneezed so hard while peeing
My dick feel so painful like kena cucuk the pain was like around 5min then its gone

Then i peed again later but no sneeze but still feel pain but not as pain as before

N today i also pee again without sneeze and still can feel pain but not that pain after 2 min gone

The color of the pee is normal yellow but after that sneezing incident got some like i dont know if it blood or what but like 1,2 drop of different color

The pain is like u feel yr dick kena cucuk ..dont know how to describe but still bole tahan la
Also i tried to masturbate but no pain at all..feel normal

I wanna know if this is only temporary or i need to go see doc

currently im using lg 29 inch um68p ultrawide
looking for an upgrade

size - 30 inch above (16:9/21:9) ..non ultrawide also ok
rr - 120/144hz
vesa mount compatible
speaker built in if possible
curved
2k screen
budget around 2k ..can topup a bit

im looking for something bigger than 29
most good monitor i found is 24-27 inch

the 29 im using is like 24 just wider

also i have 2 pc, 1 nvidia and amd.. but my current lg freesync option is greyed out..and radeon software says freesync not suppot..is it because using hdmi? need to use dp?

ok today morning my dad notice a hole on bread plastic so as usual we assume its rat/mice/mouse -- i dont know how many fckin time we have this rat this few years.. we never encounter any rat from i was probabaly standard 4 2002-2011, but since that 2011 i hve few rats till now
