Rip DVD to MPEG but keep both audio channel

I need to rip dvd to MPEG format but the problem is I can only choose either 1 of the audio channel. Is there any software that can keep both the audio channel after ripping? I googled and found some ways but it is quite complicated. So I need to know if there is any other way other than doing it manually?
