last 2 days, exited go Senheng Metroprime kepong wan buy nexus 7c 32gb, sudden the salesman say "u have to add another RM243 for extend the warranty to 4 years, this is compulsory" and i say " dun wan kenot?" and he say " either u choose one buy cover or warranty" FFFFUFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU but the cober price also over 9999999999999999999999999 damn pissed off and i walk out of there buy thing where can force consumer??

hi all sifu and fren i planning to buy a yamaha 125z from my koliq, but the moto has no been used fot 2-3 years and missing a head lamp + punched tyre.... so wat do you all think ? worth to buy? and how much should offer him? (road tax and insurrance die d) and he said before the moto put there he already overhaul it... so if i buy what should i do?? i need guide == 1st time buy moto here...
