Having Trouble With RDC/Ping

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Problem occurred after a network maintenance last year around November 2013.
Problem frequency: YES
Problem description: Wasn't very clear what was being done to the Switches. After the network maintenance.
Our local IT was unable to remote to some pc. Some pc was able to ping but unable to remote or vice versa.

PS, i am not infra but would like to know what's the problem as i am interested in network.

let me know what other info you need.

Hi All, Good day.

Currently i am a very newbie Onsite IT.

anyway, i am trying to get IE Version from Remote, like Reg Query ( Keyname ) "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer" /v Version >D:\Log.txt

but i am getting "Error: Invalid Key Name"

Window 7 Enterprise.
Yes i have admin

Im form 5 and i was chosen for PLKN But the Problem is that i Have a hole in the heart.. Going to surgery This January 7/2010. i got a letter from my doc but i need the Address and Fax To PLKN.. i tried the one Fax from the site but it dint work.. Any idea how to Contact the Chief? or something?? I need help desperate!!
