Hello my fellow gentleman and ladies of the group. I require thy assistance in solving one of my problem pertaining to a freezing situation on windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.

This is my system spec:

PSU: Cooler Master 650w bronze
Proc: AMD FX8120 (capped at 2800hz)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78MLT-S2
Ram: Crucial Tactical Ballistix Tracer 4gb x2 (capped at 1333hz)
Hdd: WD Green 2tb & 1TB
SSD: Kingston ssd now 300v 120gb
cpu cooler: TT Water Pro 3
GPU: LOTAC gtx 1060 6gb amp
Soundcard: Creative sound blaster AUDIGY 2
* capped due to mobo didn't support oc for my CPU

So here is the problem, I just bought the sound card from a fellow seller (trusted and good), I installed it on my mobo on first day, started up my pc, installed the driver I found on the creative website (no driver for win 8, so take the latest) and it works fine except I noticed some cracking noise (didn't bother) then after 2 days my pc started to freeze after startup (mouse not moving and no response from my keyboard), I used restore point to go back and uninstall everything prior to the driver. When to ask MR. GOOGLE for solution, and he pointed me toward a creative forum with driver for win 8 (buildpack 6.1). Installed that one, restart my PC, and hey... after a few sec it freezed again, Darn it.

so here I believed that i would be an issue with the driver bcoz if I installed the driver from device manager and didn't restart, the sound card works like a charm (could it be clashing driver issue or something around that?) but if i restarted my pc, then all hell breaks loose where my pc would freeze after a few sec it entered windows.

If i'm fast enough, after restart I straight move to device manager to disable the sound card, and magically everything works just fine... then I noticed that the device manager list keep blinking for a few times as if it was detecting a new hardware, sometimes upon start my pc didn't detect my Logitech g502 mouse. Thus I need to unplug and plug it back in.... derfurk is happening?? only god knows.. or you guys... huhuu

The question is, does anyone have the same problem as I did here, can you help point me to the right direction? I'm going astray here... no clues to which is good or bad.
