Hi, I have a problem with man boobs, and it’s very embarrassing for me, especially when I wear clothes. I’ve tried doing cardio exercises and working out at the gym, but it doesn’t seem to help.

I think it might be due to a hormone imbalance, because in the past I often stayed up late and ate unhealthy food.

How can I fix this problem? People often laugh at me or tease me whenever I wear T-shirts.
