I'm going oversea for 1-2 days, Where should i park at KLIA? how much? is it very expensive? any cheaper way?

Is there bus from KL sentral to KLIA? (not LCCT)
can i park at KL sentral and take bus to KLIA? How long will the bus take to reach KLIA?

western union transaction fee is very expensive. i've tried once, RM17 for Rm400 trasnfered.
any cheaper way? and about the rate, is it the same everywhere you transfer? because i thought currency rate is follow bank?
