i need an insurance advice

a financial plan including medical card, 36 critical illnesses, accident cover, life and daily expenses claim if went in to hospital.
DOB:2/oct/1985
male
non smoker

please kindly advice what is the annual premium and how much coverage from all protection.

i need 2 comparison pricing,
1. around 50k medical card
2. around 100k medical card

Low in memory? Add RAM?

i am having a small problem lately, my laptop keep on popping out a message saying:
"Low in memory"

Question
1. Is it i can solve this by adding more RAM to my laptop?
2. I am currently using Toshiba satellite L510 PSLQ8L processor T6600, is it i can upgrade Ram up to 8G?
3. Currently i have 2G Ram, can i add a 4G Ram to my system, total 6Ghz later?
4. what is the recommended Ram to add at the current market? budget and performance is equally important to me. (if not mistaken currently using 2Ghz DDR3-1066) Can i use 1333 to pair with 1066? please recommend me a suitable and affordable ram in market now.

i need good internet service provider at area bukit jalil-Savanna condominium
i am currently using P1 wimax home plus quota 20GB(RM99) + voice call(RM30)
i found that the service is getting worse now.....

please let me know is there any other fast internet service provider at this area?
i don't think unifi is covering savanna condominium, any other choice? streamyx? Time?

what i can do since i am so not satisfy with P1 Wimax now.... and the quota is so limited which i can used up very fast in less than half a month
