dear all, well i was not gadget-wise.. need some advice perhaps anyone face such thing b4

i am using Iphone5 here..

recently always unable to connect to Maxis internet, however after reset network settings - it can..

but after a few hours the same thing happens again and i need to reset network settings again..

it happens 3-4 times a day since last week and I am getting frustrated as I use group chatting apps heavily for my work and i might missed out important things if the phone unable to connect to network (which i am not aware until i check my phone manually)

Patrol police on motorcycles in Cheras

I was stopped by 3 police officers at a taman nearby just now for carrying 4 passengers in a MYVI rear seat (3 adults 1 kid) on the way to dinner.

However all the polices' motorcycles registration plate Cxx XXXX (Pahang) but I was in Cheras..

They only wear simple police vests with uniform (no staff no. to be seen) and keep asking me "u tau u salah apa?"

In the end he said me challenging the police force for being rude and lanci and insist wan me apologise after I ask him to issue me a summon if I am wrong to carry 4 passengers.

These patrol police in motorcycles, they are under what units? Why motor reg. no plate Cxx XXXX (pahang)?

In the end I apologized for being wrong for carry 4 passengers and they only let me go to my dinner destination.. and dont even bother to issue me a summon..

Are they using own motor? all 3 motors are registered CXX. If use PDRM registered motor shud be Wxx or Bxx (wilayah or selangor) as they are patrolling in Cheras..

Any chance or place I can report for being intimidated with their behaviour(with my whole family in the car)? I felt threatened and dont feel safe with our police force around me..

Shell Fuel Save 95

I am driving a 2 year-old Satria Neo CPS, using Petronas all the while (95 Xtra now).. after a prolong usage of PETRONAS & BHP 95, no problems, very power, high revving + acceleration

But today no choice, nearest only got Shell, a full tank of FUEL SAVE 95..

after that, my engine constant knocking when idle..,

acceleration tapao even i floored the pedal... rev very high but speed wont go up..

engine mati easily when i release clutch abit only, totally abnormal (manual trans - i knew my car clutch and pedal positioing very well)

ROLLING BACK DOWNHILL... even i floored the pedal, the power just wont come can feel like engine hardly got combustion...

due to these problems, i wasted half tank just to rev higher when wanna move, cross junction, going up hill etc, whenever i wanna move once idle..

any advices fellow sifus?

I have no more ideas where to post. Anyway just try my luck.

On 15/11/2011 I parked my car in front of Syed Abu mamak in Damansara Jaya to meet a customer at Jalan ss22/19 near Pejabat Pos Damansara Jaya at 10.30pm. The car is within walking distance and within my sight.

***DATE EDITED.. i mistakenly posted 15/6/2011 previously...

However I cant notice that my car's behind window is broken and back seat is lowered down to access my boot storage. (car is satria neo). My bag containing ONLY customers' documents are all missing including IC, bank statements, address, property title etc

Police report has been made however I cant get any advice from the sarjan in charge, he just told me that it is my carelessness and ntg he can do.

IF anyone encountered with a laptop bag at roadside/alleys/drain/dump areas nearby Damansara Jaya with documents or letter all scattered with bank letterhead, kindly inform me as I can give small reward on this.

Some of my customers might take action against me due to their privacy are revealed to some thugs or drug addicts and I have put their security in risks. Anyway police report has been sent to my management. Hopefully their docs are thrown and not fall into some professional con men or serious criminals.

“We cycle around the city in groups and sometimes we organise races among ourselves,” he said, adding that unlike Mat Rempit, they were not into criminal activities.

Rahman said most of the group members altered their bicycles by changing to lighter frames.

He said the drop handlebars were also positioned lower than the saddles so as to give the riders an aerodynamic posture.

“The wheels are changed, using smaller tyres to give the bike easy handling and to enable the rider to pedal at his optimum strength,” he said.

Rahman said the modified bicycles could attain a speed of about 50kph.

Members, he said, would save up on their pocket money to finance their hobby.

He said the races were organised between groups from different areas like Batu Berendam, Klebang and Semabok.

“We do it for fun,” said Rahman. “There are no prizes.”

Rahman admitted there were a few who aped Mat Rempit stunts such as the wheelie' and superman' during races.

He said the boys were mostly well-behaved and avoided being a public nuisance.

“Our parents don't mind when we stay up late as we are not involved in any criminal activity.”

15 years ago.. my aunt told me RM10k is enuf to start a business... she is still the director of her own company today..

10 years ago.. my uncle quitted his job and started his own business... he told me RM15k is enuf to start his own sub-con firm.. he got enuf money to rent a cheap office at RM500 monthly, some 2nd hand tools as well as 3-indon workers to start up..

today.. i got savings that are more that what they have to use as capital for a business startup

how to start a small business with RM15k nowadays? i looked into various field and i cant find any business to start with RM15k..

franchise? nope.. too expensive

F&B, competitive.. no relevant skills..

As I continue to save to reach the enough amount of money hoping to start a business, cant even keep up with inflation.. by the time i save up to RM50k, inflation should be even worst that time... looking at current situations..

Investment in the stock market is the only thing in my mind now..

I was invited for an interview few days back in a Japanese company for their marketing dept.

one of the interviewer is the brand manager himself...

when he asked me about the market position of his brand compared to brand x, y and z... he required me to answer frankly... i did some research back then expecting question like this

i answered him frankly, based on my analysis from a Marehsian's perception towards the brand... then he looked like butthurt...

i think can kiss goodbye d to the job...
