desktop.ini Notepad file pop up

Hi sifus and fellow forummers.
Hope some kind soul can help me out.

This pagi my pc kena virus.
My Bitdefender AV+ 2013 showed some trojan and others goodies found.
The path to the affected folder was c:\progra~2\google\desktop\install\{many characters; malas to type all out }
Im sure there is not such folder, the nearest name was Program Files.
Check the google folder in that Program Files folder and no such path..

So I did the following tasks..
1. Delete the virus using the delete button from the AV, but those virus appeared again less than 5secs!
2. Update my AV (I usually does this at least 1x / week)
3. Do step 1, but doest solve.
4. Disconnect from Internet and do step one. Failed..

Restart the PC and log-in. Start the AV and the virus kept comming..
(NOTE - Every time I boot-up the screen prompt me that the AV has successfully deleted the virus before the log-in screen.)

5. Perform the task using step 1. Failed..
6. Go search the net for infos but cant find a solution.
(FYI - The home page was change to Blank Page; my home page SHOULD be forum.lowyat.net!!!)
7. Disconnect and the next thing happen was ... desktop.ini icon showed on my Desktop screen.
8. Delete the file permanently.
9. Restart the PC.
10. Then the desktop.ini NOTEPAD appears. Screenshot and save it.
11. Check the AV and STILL the virus kept showing up.
12. Discconnect from net and start C drive scan.

Result found some virus and I delete them.
Restart the PC and again the NOTEPAD appeared.
However, my homepage remained and the AV showed no further threats.

Its annoying.
What is that and how to stop it?

U Mobile Advert

Hi Mod team. This is the 1st time query.
I cant access the links like User Control Panel, View New Post or any link located on the right side after login.
The U-Mobile Advert is blocking them! I have to click my username and click any edit link (eg. edit avatar) just to access User Control Panel. I dont know whether the other forummers encounter this.
I know many here use this forum FOC and I am glad it lasted so long since 2k3.The forum provide spaces for adverts but if possible, do place the adverts without blocking user links such as User Control Panel.
