mouse too sensitive

been having this problem since using OCZ Behemoth, i don't think this is the mouse's fault..it's just the fact that it's a laser mouse and i'm still getting used to it..
during gaming it's negligible because u're always moving the mouse, but when i'm navigating windows, browsing etc it's so hard to point and click, even more annoying it's even harder to double click at something when the mouse constantly wanders..turning on the bass when listening to music makes the matter worst, the pointer will dance here and there..
tried lowering the dpi to 400 from the default lowest 800, very slight miniscule improvement..tried playing around with the mouse setting in the control panel, no improvement what so ever..
thinking of changing the mouse to optical..just wanted to ask u guys out there using laser how do u guys cope with this? i'm using behemoth regulator pad, 1920x1080 reso, surface is level..thanks!

bench press

not sure whether this is the right place to ask, well here goes...do u guys have any idea where to find a bench press stand, bench whatever it's called together with the barbell, weights and pins...new if possible, used if the price is right...preferably a bench with the leg restrictor thingy for u to do sit ups...thanks in advance guys
