Hey everyone ,

Actually i got recommend by this 4 position ( as below )

But may i know how's the expenses in macau ?
I heard it slightly higher then malaysia by 10-15% .
Packages given was kinda attractive if convert back to malaysia , would be around 4-5k monthly

What do you think ? Please Advise .

I've current job in bank but cant compare to this macau rate . =.=

Dear Public ,

Anyidea which bank give the lowest interest for a used car ?

Kelisa 05 , probably 1-2 month later = 06 year d
Loan : 16k
Tenure will be bound for the 1st 2 year ? then able to settle one lump sum ?
- Once settled will i be refund of the 3 year interest ?
Will the rate be different if longer / shorter tenure ?

Sorry i dont know where should i post this topic , If i posted wrongly , Kindly revert and advise

1) Would like to know how much does the Car Loan % (New and Used )
- How to Calculate the amount ?
- Example : Kelisa - 05 year , but now is november closed to 06 year .
- Loan 16k ,
- Which Bank give the lowest percent charges ?
- How long i will be in tied for the repayment tenure ? Min 2 year ?
- 10% downpayment ?
- Any different in long / short tenure ?

2) Fixed Deposit ( How does it work ? , Calculation ) - per month ?
- Example : 4% / 12 = 0.33% per month
- If i deposit 10k , just for a month will be = RM 33 ?
- But i unable to get the actual amout , Deposit of 10k , 4%per annum = $400 a year .
- (Please Advise) - how to count .

3) Kwsp - (Interest per year)
- I would like to know how much does the interest rate per annum for kwsp ?

4) Housing Loan - ( Kindly gimme a example of calculation )
- I have totally out of idea how to calculate this , because it has something BLR and soso .
- Please gimme some example , i would like to know how to count it .

5) Personal Loan - ( Percentage Charges )
- Would like to know how this works aswell . (Kindly provide me some example )

Dear All ,

Urm Storyline base on below :-

1st ) Illegal parking front of the company due to no parking, But on that day itself a car " Hit and Run " But you didnt know who was it , until the next day your colleague mention that he saw a guy , named & contact provided .But didnt make and report till someone mention it .
2nd ) That person Hit and Run Claims that is already after 24hours , Deal if you would share half of the maintainance fee to repair the part . Would you pay on behalf ? If you got hit ?
3rd ) Will i got fined once i report police ? for Illegal parking will charge me 300$ ? Eventhou parking was full XD .?
