I need some help from the sifus,master or anyone who have experience on what i will explain.

Right now i am a degree graduates but working as a technician for about 5 month. However, is it only me but i think i am wasting my time being a technician after struggling to get my degree. Right now i have one opportunity to go for a training to become a rov pilot. My training is not under company but under a sponsorship. The question i have in mind now , IS the training worth it?will it increase my value?
