Need some advice/suggestion on upgrades

Hi all, I'm planning to upgrade my rig with the following build

Upgrades:
- Mobo: ASROCK Z77 EXTREME 4
- Proc: Core I7 3770K
- GC: ASUS GTX670 dc ii top
- Performance RAM (Need recommendation on this)

Will be reusing my existing hardware as follow:
- Casing: CM690 II (Not sure which edition - got it a year ago)
- HDD: 1TB Samsung HDD
- PSU: Cooler Master M620W

Based on the above, I need some advice as follows:

1) Which performance RAM would you all recommend? (8GB in total)

2) Referring to my current casing, will it be able to fit "Asus GTX670 dc ii top" ?

3) Referring to my current casing, the front USB plug if I'm not mistaken is only for USB2.0 right ?
Will I be able to plug to "ASROCK Z77 Extreme 4"'s front usb port which is 3.0 ?

4) Referring to my current PSU of 620W, will it be sufficient with the above specs?

I'm planning to enroll for the course, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science for Jan 2010 intake. For those who are taking this course currently at INTI College SJ, I would like some feedbacks in the following area:

1.) Lecturers ?

2.) Computer facilities (Hardwares) ?

3.) Amount of students ? A lot, few ?
