resolution not fit to screen

I just bought a NVIDIA GT440 and SAMSUNG S22A300B LED 22".
now my resolution cannot fit my screen, but when i plug in to my lapp (asus k40ab)
it's work perfectly fine. so how i can fix this.

I'm using VGA port

Router cannot connect to internet

I'm using TD-W8901G (TP link) router.

Due to some personal problem, i reset my router.

As usual i login to 192.168.1.1 and "Quick Start" fill in everything and save.
But there is still no connection to internet.

By the way, now i using "Set up a new connection or network" and type streamyx ID and PW and it connected to internet....
will streamyx charge me?

My sister want to buy a PC with RM2000 w/o casing, CD-ROM, Mouse, Keyboard.
She just want to play some normal graphic online game.

3. Specs. : the best spec can get in this price
4. Size. : bigger than 12"

i just using in some normal graphic game, DoTA, surf net, photoshop.....
and i have a bad habit that not usually off my laptop, but i'm ready to buy a better cooler pad for this habit

i'm not a computer guy, forgive me if i say something wrong....
