[WTA] Accident

As topic implies, if I got into an accident in HELP Uni carpark, which police station do I need to go make a report?

I know I must head to the area police station (KL one) to make it. But which one?

Any ideas?

Or any police HQ can do?

DVD + HDD Drive Problem

Problem 1:
I own 2 Samsung DVD Drives.

One is DVDR/RW

One is DVD-CDR/RW

Thing is, my friends can burn 4GB worth of files onto DVD-Rs in around 10 - 20 minutes but why does mine take 1 hour++ or sometimes even 1 hour 20 minutes?

Any possible explaination for that? Is it affected by the burning program i use (Nero)?

Problem 2:
I own 2 HDD. Maxtor ones.

C Drive is 80GB
D Drive is 160GB

I've checked at My Computer>Properties>Advanced Tab>Performance>Advanced Tab>Virtual Memory Section.

And the following is the result:

I wanted to ask to see whether should I set my Paging File size equivalent to that of my C drive onto my D Drive as well?

Would that increase performance?

Problem 3:
I'm using IE version 6. I experience this strange problem where when i click on the IE icon, it takes around 30 to 40 seconds to load IE.

Any ideas anyone?
