so this buyer called me and sounded like bangla.. cant speak proper malay and cannot type proper malay..

he said he from maluri we COD at pelita mamak..
He ask me to delete down my mudah post too

Since it only rm42 no way he is going to conned me and with his mudah page it got tonns of stuff selling..
but now after one day he tell me the price he quoted is not able to cover his petrol and ask me to add more in quantity ?

Since then he didnt reply to my message..

Like always its so excited getting your own place without paying rent to someone else..

Im just got myself preowned small condo with with 800sq feet , 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom .

i never know it can be so excited yet tiring choosing different design concept and ideas , but heres my concern when designing my living room ..

my ideal living and design i am going for

1) Should i insist with the design with marble floor?
2) Should i insist with the design but get rid of the marble floor and replace with wood flooring?
