Conducting a Lucky Draw

Hi All,

Not sure if this section is right to post but here goes..

I have a client that wants to run a lucky draw with cash prizes and other related prizes, in order to run this I am sure we will need to approach the ministry for a license? May I know which department should I inquire? Anyone with any information and could share a little knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

The Thirteen Apostles is a progression raid Singapore / Malaysian based guild on the oceanic server Thaurissan.

Seeking for : Warlocks, Mages, Shamans (Ele/Resto), Hunters.

Raiding hours: 8.30pm to 12.00am evening GMT +8
25 Mans = Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
10 Mans = Friday, Monday

Raid Progression: Regular ICC25 11/12 and 2 core ICC10 team at 5/12 HM.

Members are expected to meet the following criteria.

Able to attend at least 3 raid nights per week on a regular basis for 25 man raids. But 10 man raids are non compulsory.

We are looking for raiders who have good raid and environment awareness with fast reflexes that are able to respond well under fire and respond well from vent instructions. Goes out of his way to review WoL parses and do additional research about boss fights and his character class to further improve his ability to contribute to the guild.

Having good raid attitude towards progression runs and are willing to wipe over and over on the same bosses for long periods of time in order to down him.

Understands that gear are just a tool for us to push deeper in progression. Able to work as a team and willing to give up important item drops for key raiders in order to benefit the raid team as a whole for the long term.

Not afraid to push new content and willing to show up on wipe nights.

The guild uses EPGP as it's looting system of choice.
