Hi, i am amateur in buying land, i only had experience in purchasing a property.

Lets say my FIL is from west Malaysia, and I am from East Malaysia. Can my FIL buy a land in east malaysia?

Is the price normal to change the battery for a myvi h or I had overpaid for the battery?

By the way, the perodua service centre did mention different version of myvi use different battery as I heard of, for myvi h and myvi ad use different battery because the so called "hybrid" that's why is expensive?

Guys, Help needed

I just drop my bike and the foot peg is broken. I don't know which workshop got spare part or can this be repair?
(I had went to a few workshop, and they did told me to change the bracket and cant do welding.)

If can, prefer PJ workshop or any near to PJ location.
