im plan to upgrade from streamyx to UNIFI, but i want to know my home alarm system can connect to UNIFI? since my existing alarm system was share line with streamyx and phone line. any solution for this. thank you.

im looking a outdoor water filter system. any recommanded?
nowadays, in market alot of brand.
i jz found ALPHAMAX water system. any bosy use this ?
have any problem on this product o not?

Base on this cash flow chart, that said

rich man cash in FD -> 100k

poorman House loan BLR -> 100k

after 30 years

rich man cash in FD --> 209k (base on FD Rate 2.5% p.a)

poorman House loan BLR -->216k (jz finished paid loan)

In this case, means if u have cash then u will be rich and richer.
if u are poolman, ur money jz enough for paid loan.

BSN to consider raising BLR to 6.05%.

BSN to consider raising BLR to 6.05%... omg i jz sign the loan agreement then the BLR already increase.
that means i need to pay more.
wat the hell stupid goverment doing? we paid more and more for loan interest %...
i very very pool already lah.
anyone know? if BLR increase, bank loan izit will change their -BLR?
Normally now bank offer for -1.8%, will be increase o drop some more???
any one can gv sugesstion??
