Beginner in stocks

Morning Guys, would like you guys to help with answering some of my beginner questions, thank you very much. Been buying fund via FSM for a few years, i would like to learn how to trade stocks eventually.

I browse around the net looking for an online brokerage, recommendation from Lowyat is Rakuten trade and M+ mostly, is this only for Malaysia stocks & etf? Is it recommended because of the low fees? What about oversea's stock & etf? I've been watching quite abit of youtube for self study and notice that a lot of the youtuber non malaysian is using thinkorswim. My guess is do local trade with rakuten or M+, oversea with thinkorswim, but can thinkorswim buy malaysia stocks as well?

Can anyone point me to a proper channel to learn how to trade?maybe sometimes in the future daytrading? Most information on the net are bits and pieces. Thank you again.

Tyres for comfort drive

Looking to change my tyres, i'm currently using continental CC5 205/60R 16. Shop at my area recommend me Continental UC6 (RM320 each) and Hankook V2 (RM280 each). From lowyat price list UC6 price is also around RM320, but V2 seems like old technology around 2016 and price should be around Rm210. Am i missing something or i'm getting slaughter? Any other tyres recommendation around RM300 or below? Preferable around bandar saujana putra area or nearby, Thank you very much.

Hi guys, Im new in this category, nice to meet you guys.

Recently just bought a house using Maybank loan, signed the letter offer and also signed the documents from the lawyer firm. What else do i need to do now?anything else to sign? House will only start constructing around May this year.

Ok, now for the questions. Is it wise if i quit my full time job now and start my own business?will it affect my loan or will the bank pull back my loan anytime whenever they found out i don't have a full time job? My business is not making much for the mean time, but i got some savings to last me roughly a year. So can i quit?

Thanks you.

Olympic or standard?

Been thinking for quite sometime still can't figure out the answer.

Normally what kind of weight u guys buy?standard or the olympic 1?because i'm thinking about buying standard weights for current usage on my ezybar, but if i reach a lvl that i need an olympic bar, then all my old weights will be useless as the hole is not large enough? Is olympic bar necessary or just a standard bar will be enough? Normally what kind or bar and weights u guys use for your home gym? And can standard bar fit in a standard powerack if i get 1 next time? How much weight that u guys have at home for your gym? Please discuss as i don't want to invest in the wrong items. Thank you very much again.

Just asking for opinions again, and also some ideas.

I've just started weight lifting about half a year, the equipment i have is 2x adjustable 10KG dumbell + a ezy barbell, when i do benchpress i will take all my 2x10kg weight and put it on my barbell means around 20kg+ total. I'm thinking about buying some weights to increase my bench press, should i do that?or i continue lifting with my 20kg first?

2nd questions, My 10kg dumbell is made up of 2x0.5kg, 2x1.25kg, and 2x2.5kg. What weight should i buy for the next level?2x5kg? or 2x 10kg?

Sorry to trouble you guys with silly questions again, and thank you.
