Unremovable Stain on toilet tiles

hi all,

been having some issues with the toilet floor tiles at home. i have tried stain remover, baking soda and vinegar and seems like the stain is still there. is this consider hard watermark?

any bro there got suggestion to make it shinny n clearn again? polish tiles?

This is caused by try washing the wall tiles with floor tiles solution from hardware shop, is considered damage already

Hi All,

i want to build something like this at the entrance to actually block the view from outside to have a clear view of the dining area and living area.

Been shopping around on taobao and i realised getting the measurement right, shipping to malaysia and sell installation is probably not the way to do it.

but out of curious did any forummer here did it before?

if not can someone kindly share with me any carpenter contact you have for this. or can i have a rought estimation on the cost for this mini project. the height will be around 10ft whereby the lenght is probably just 5 feet.

since the budget 2014 is going to come out soon do anyone here think is it better to buy a car now and get ur loan everything approved beefore any changes comes in?

so far there has been rumours going around saying GST will be applied , 20% minimum down payment and a maximum of 7 years only.

for eg playing this on The witcher was okay okay for me only

anyway i was looking for GTX 760

is it worth upgrading from a 7850 to a GTX760

Need some opinion from all the bros here. I know i m comparing cars from diff segment but here it goes

A 2012 Civic is selling for 120k now while a 2012 Accord VTI is selling for 122k

Pros of Civic
- New Design
- Better interms of spec (ESP, airbags...)

Con of Civic
- Ugly

Pros of accord
- bigger and more comfort i guess

Con
-oudated soon
- no esp and stuff
- uncle-ish

anyone mind to share wat's their opinion and give me the comparison in terms of maintenance and also fuel efficiency of this 2 cars?

m seriously considering buying a 2nd hand honda accord. mayb a 2 to 3 years old honda accord

i somehow recall the later honda accords do come wif warranty right? please correct me if i m wrong

and kindly share wif me if there is any certain manufacturer year honda accord i should b avoiding as i recall the older honda city manufacture on year 2005 had problematic gear box.

if there any owner who has just bought their accord like 2 or 3 years back? and can i know the warranty package at the time?

other then the obvious part which one is OC eidtion and the other is not.. tryied some googling n cant seem to find much on 7850 Non OC edition

m assuming the OC edition means is factory OC. is it advisable to add extra fan or cooling system to support this OC card?
