Help Needed! Tenant reluctant to move out

hi Guys,

I have some help needed to get someone out of the house , I have a tenant who claims that lost money at home , reported to police , is not statified and wanna me to bear the amount he lost , and this month no rental been giving , and uses police to threaten me , is it i can use a lawyer to issue letter to the person to ask the person out?or can u all give me some idea on how ?

What the ****** , i am pissed off with this tenant , was in the thread help needee ! problem tenant , manage to give some payment from her , but she text me say wanna moved out by this end ,since she just came in one week or more though, we have an agreement for 6 months , still havent pay full this month for the rent ,still want to stay until end of this month? still wanna me to refund her deposit ? what the use if we sign agreement ? i wanna kick her out straight away , am i right to do this ?can LYN menbers give me some advice... Please

am i wrong for renting out a room in my apartment asking for 2 +1+ 1/2 as security deposit ? and i rent to a foreigner . this person just paid me half n i need to get the other half from this person and ended up saying i cheat this person, is stated in the agreement , the security deposit amount needed to be paid upon signing .

how can i do ? please help me ?
