I am using a Asus p5kc mobo which has ddr2 and ddr3 RAM slots.

All the while i've been using Twin Corsair XMS2 1gb 800 Mhz. Bringing in a total of 2gb of RAM.

My question is , recently i bought a Kingston DDR3 1GB 1333 Mhz RAM. I installed it into my mobo. My computer unable to enter POST.

Is it possible that DDR2 RAM cannot work with DDR3 RAM?
What can be the problem of it?
