MS OFFICE deactivate itself

Dear all ,

My company has a virtual desktop environment, running VMWare + windows7 + office 2013 standard

all license on ms windows and office already be activated during deployment..
untill last 2 week ago, all virtual desktop Office 2013 prompt for keyin product key to activate.
and show grace period of 29days to active.

All the virtual desktop running no problem for almost 1 year. windows license still active,
and the office 2013 product key still valid (confirm during a live chat with ms support).

It is a volume license (MAK) and the activation seat count below half of the max limit. (108/250)

I had call to MS activation centre, they just guide me way to activate the Office product (tru internet or phone call)
At the moment, I just active again the office 2013 via internet connection, which temporary solve the issue.

Anyone here know what make the office "de-activate' itself? or is it a VMware issue?

Thanks
