GST custom is confusing and annoying

It seems I cant find any topic related on this issue, so I will start my topic here.

2 months ago, I received an email from GST custom said my company claimed input tax that shouldn't claim. [attachmentid=9612299] (They already came our office check our documents around OCT 2017)
We didn't argue with them, instead we follow their instruction [attachmentid=9612300] (amend the previous amount of GST3 form in GST TAP) and paid total amount of 4k GST (Including 2k Penalty!)

After we paid the 4k amount, my company GST TAP website shown we OWE them total of 30k GST! [attachmentid=9612290]

I called the previous GST custom in charge person that tell us pay the 4k, and she explained to us is technical problem from other department and we can IGNORE it.

After 1 month we received a call from GST CUSTOM from ANOTHER DEPARTMENT say we OWE them GST and should submit documents let them check.
We explained the situation that we instructed by the previous custom people, but she explained to me it is from other department job and they still need us to submit documents because we AMENDED the GST3 form, which causing previous claimed GST become REJECTED and have to submit the documents again. (we normally bought forward the balance to next GST period, we didn't claim any amount from GST custom)

OKAY. We follow their INSTRUCTION again, send all the required documents.

1 month later, received another call from department say my company still owe them GST and required us to go PUTRAJAYA to EXPLAINED this shithole.

I summarized it as below:

-GST claimed wrong, Follow instruction to amend GST3 form, paid the amended amount.
-GST3 amended, previous claimed GST REJECTED, tell us IGNORE the problem.
-Received a call and tell us to submit documents because we amended GST.
-Follow the instruction and send the documents they need.
-Received another call, need us go Putrajaya explain this shithole.

Why GST CUSTOM is so CONFUSING?
Why they cant just issue a letter say we owe them 4k,
Pay them 4k then case close?

I need it for travel purpose, light weight is my priority, and im noob camera user so everything auto is the best

Secondly is the budget around 2k is better so i choose these 2

choose sony because their design is better compared with other brands

Story:

A lost X's camera.
B (A girlfriend) discussed this matter with Y (X girlfriend), and agreed to pay 500 bucks.

B told A pay 250 each for the loss.

A ask X about this things and ask how much it worth for the lost camera. X said 550. So, A paid X 550 bucks.

Later, B mad on Y when know the extra 50 being paid. B also angry A for not telling her before pay the 550 bucks, as the 250 is paid by her too.

In the end, Y tell X return A the extra 50 bucks. A and B relation become bad. B and X/Y relation become bad.

So who is the problem???? A? B? X? Y?
Small thing but ended up this situation... im person A, needed help. What should i do to fix all their relation?
Is all things happened because of me?

Normally my electric bill could reach RM200+

This month my electric bill only RM20, then I go check the meter
The meter stuck on the same as my bill latest meter.

Should I call TNB to fix it or wait until next month which they may charge me RM0?

I did not do anything on that meter, use as usual, so izzit guilty if I did not report?

I wonder why telekom do not provide internet faxing?

Let's have an example:

-Im going to take Business Degree Program

-My living place near X University (abt 2km )
-Y University is far from my living place (about 20km)

-X University did not have any traffic or parking issue
-Y University had a lot traffic and parking issue

-Many people said that Y University have BETTER QUALITY on teaching business program
-Many people said that X University teaching business program not so famous/suck!

I'm currently stuck on this situation and have to take a decision now.

PETALING JAYA: The price for premium petrol RON97 has gone up by 30 sen to RM3 a litre.

Malaysian Petrol Dealers Association president Datuk Hashim Othman said the new price was effective at petrol pumps since 12.01am today.

“This follows the world fuel price in the market, which has risen,” he said.

It was reported that the price of RON97 was slashed by 20 sen from RM2.80 to RM2.60 per litre in July.

The price was later increased to RM2.70 last month.
