However, I did bring her check at specialist and doctor said this is not so serious and reactivate was minimal.<br /><br />This is the first year only. Agent told me they have no responsible for this as she was certified fit to work when enter to Malaysia. I have to pay again for rm15k plus to get a new maid.<br /><br />I am thinking to keep her without the work permit. Just wonder is anyone experienced on this? <br /><br />Understand by law, there will be fine not more than. 10k or jail for not more than 12months. But, I want to know the actual / standard practice of the immigration? What is the fine if kena caught?
