Covid is nothing now

My company HR just tell me they will reject my MC and change to unpaid leave !!!

I was Covid+ for 9 days. 11-May to 19-May. Then I take MC and diligently quarantine at home for 9 days. Today my HR show me this and tell me this.

"According company practice day 8 need to come to work. need to make sure you need to wear mask & take care the hygiene"

Then I called KKM to clarify and they tell me after 7 days self quarantine, then I can go around and spread Covid even self tested positive.

I think I wont work for this company for long.

Looking for Dermatologist Klang Valley Area

Recently my skin got rashes and itching, then skin become red and sometime swollen. This mostly happened when I working in office.

I will wipe my desk and chair every time before start my work. I not sure is my working space is dirty or the office aircond is too cold.

Actually I graduate as a E-commerce and Marketing student but dunno why end up working as a supply chain guy.
I from a retail company and just change to a e-commerce company. Feel like everything like very different from retail to e-commerce.
I was like no way to track the market trend and do my demand forecast.

I having a very complicated situation ! My ex-boss and a very good boss, we become friend after she resign and we know each other family member as well after that.

After few years she ask me to join her in a company she just joined and she offer me a very good pay.

She got tell me how shity the company situation and she need my help for her plan in this new company joined. But her expectation on me was too high, the company is only 3 years old and now having a lot of changes of process, strategy and new system that make the whole company very mess up. maybe the current whole team is lazyAF and she need to rely on me to help her out.

I work from 8am to 11pm daily even weekend need to work. She texting in group chat and sometime PM me late night and weekend about work.

She sharing a lot of management news to me as a friend and also expect me to help her out. But I just a executive and she a senior Manager, but she expect me to workout new process and report in a management level. I got speak to her about this thought and she scold me and tell me doing it is good for my future career,

By the way she said hire me as a senior executive but end up going in as a executive only but with a senior executive pay and work like a manager level guy.

My question is should I just leave this job now since I still not yet pass 6 month probation? I was like no life working in here and don't know I can work 1 year with this life. I know this move will not only spoil our working relationship but also our friendship.
