NEED HELP ON BACKUP THE ROM

Hi, to all that can help.
I'm new in flashing, backup, stock rom of android.
Have to know it because recently I formatted my system via CWM.
Luckily I did have a backup of my ninetology Z1+ phonesaved a year ago, so now my phone all ok.
But now I want to go into backup rom and flashing.

Problem i'm facing or the things i want to do is:

1) backup my rom-
i want to backup rom with all the downloaded apps from play store, so that i don't need to reinstalled back each time i hard reset or do restore backup.

2) fixing the NVRAM error and also IMEI:
because i formatted the system drive, so each time i hard reset, there are NVRAM warning error 0x10 and also invalid IMEI,
so what i did was restore specific data file only that the NVRAM warning and the IMEI will recover.
Is there any way that I can backup my rom with all the data setting or what so ever, so next time when i flash the rom, is will be all ok.

So far these are what I encounter and need.
If anyone can help, I appreciate it.

hi there, i need some expertise on this.
recently i purchase online on this 750GB Seagate Enterprise Grade SATA Harddisk 32MB 7200RPM.
is a 2nd hand hdd.
my pc has another hdd, so when i install this new hdd, i can heard tic tac sound from the hdd.
why it is happen like this?

hi there, got a question, i been using my pentium 4 proc till now, i think been around 10 years, still working.

but then i just wonder how can we really know that it is working fine? is there any software or something to check it?

and also if we get a new proc, how we going to test it as well?

upgrading CPU

i currently using p35 and still using pentium 4 2.8Ghz processor.
i now wanna upgrade to either core2duo or core2quad.
but then i confuse which one to upgrade.

Core 2 Duo E7500
Core 2 Duo E7600
Core 2 Quad Q8300
Core 2 Quad Q8400

these 4 is the new one i found, i dunno whether can support, or it is need the older version???

external hard disk problem.

i been using my no-touch 3.5" 500gb external hdd for more than half a year, so far is ok.
just last few day i encounter this problem,
when i plug in my external hdd, power on it and all in the same routine,
it did connect to the pc, but then there is no autoplay.
after i check on 'my computer', there has the drive.
when i click inside the drive, i cant view or see a single files inside it.
is empty, and the funny thing is that there still show the space usage and the free space as well.

can some one please help me. there got a lot important documents inside my hdd.
please some one help me out.
