Dell vostro 1400 8400gs problem

my laptop just spoil because of this 8400gs and it is out of warranty, even with the extend 12months warranty for the 8400gs issue, now i called dell and ask for replacement still need rm980 to repair it, with 1 year warranty, it still come with 8400gs motherboard....zzz
so now i am thinking to buy a cheap laptop, less than rm1.8k, better than keep using the 8400gs which end up will cause the problem again....now dont know what to do with the rest of the spare part

just want to share this with you guys...

now i got 1 stick of kingston ram spoil alraedy,and the ram i put the heat spreader also,i scare the take the heat spreader out because the chip...
and the chip is d9gmh,after i claim warranty izzit still d9gmh?where should i claim warranty?should i take over to the shop and ask them claim for me?i dont have receipt,only the ram,or i should claim by myself?

i join the college on july 2005,for engineering diploma,that time they said The duration of this course is 2 years 4 months (6 semesters). But now they said i cant finish the diploma with in this 2 year and 4 months,actually i will finish my course on next year january,but now i have to take one or two more sem!!because they cant offer me the subject with in this 2 year and 4 months,because they dont have lecturer to teach us,that's why my course is delayed due to this reason.
this will waste me a lot of time! and i have to pay more on cost of living....
can anyone tell me what should i do now?i would like to sue them...but dont know can or not....

When i bought this card from him on 25-march-2007,i do cod with him,after check the card and package everything is ok,but i found the fan stick which has a msi word,like rip a bit,but i dont mean

then i ask him everything working fine right?he said yes,and ask me dont overclock it,ok,i dont overclock it,but after i took it back and put into my pc,then everything fine,after a few days,when i play warcraft after 1 hour,my pc start to restart itself,i thought i overclock the ram too much,because i just bought a D9GMH from jetyap,so i try to step down the frequency,and try again,but the problem still come,a few days i keep on adjust my pc,still got this problem,after my friend tell me maybe is the graphic card problem,but i run the 3dmark 01 is ok also,no problem,then i just take out the casing plane,and touch the heatsink of the x1600pro,it is damn hot!and i look at the fan there,it doesnt work at all!wtf!
no wonder he ask me dont overclock this card!btw,i didnt overclock this card.i turn off the computer immediately and check it properly,the fan is like this

ok,then yesterday night i pm him and want to ask him to refund for this!then what he said?

when i open the Aztech DSL600EW over 10 hours,then the modem will hang there,i ping 192.168.1.1 some time got reply sometime not,then bitcomet dl 0kb upload 0kb,i must go into the modem setting and restart the modem then the speed will resume and i ping 192.168.1.1 very smooth,i just upgrade the firmware to 66.53.2-002,izzit the firmware problem?

Please suggest a wireless+router+modem
