I own a PL for the past 10 years which didn't progress the payment after few installment.

Recently, someone from bank call up and sent a message to ask me repay back.

Their also threatened me to freeze my bank , kwsp and passport effective 20th Jun 4pm and ask to contact given hp number.

Will this really happen as there is suspicious normally bank call via official number instead hp.

FYI, PL amount around 12k

Saving Account Freeze

Would like to check anyone know how savings account get freeze by creditor ?

I had the CC loan for the past 7 years debt. My bad didn't paid up on times last time and I ignore it.

My debt was sold to 3rd party call ICON by this bank .
Their try contact and offer me number of times under one off settlement which I unable to paid due to large amount .

Today , I receive a call from bank dispatch inform that court letter to order freeze my savings account . I contact the bank HQ via the number given and verify it .

After negotiate, I need to settle some amount within few days before their order to freeze the account .

May I know if the freeze savings account involve that particular bank only or all other bank account too since my salary is on other bank .
