NAS Storage Recommendation

hey, thinking of getting a NAS, wanna share my data over my LAN at home and have the ability to access my data from office and elsewhere.
Wondering which NAS is good for the job n affordable enough. 2 shortlisted:
1) WD My Book World Edition (1TB) RM479
2) Bufallo linkstation Live (1TB) RM429

not interested in the 2 or 3 bay models where u can insert your own HD.

kindly comment and suggest or even better, recommend the NAS storage that is suitable. Share some experience also..

i want a rig for this spec. how much and if better, plz recommend

i using my pc for designing and video editing and like play some new upcoming games.

i prefer this pc can last at least 5 years of technology

intel core i5 (or can i7 920? as long in budget)
4gb ddr3 ram
any good dvd writer
1tb hDD
Any motherboard should do
hd5770
lcd monitor 24"
any suitable casing
mouse/keyboard
