SPA got 2 names, need to remove only mine

Hi all,

Currently my SPA got 2 names, bank loan also 2 same name, but now since i'm applying for singapore citizenship and plan to buy property there, i would like to remove my name from SPA, i won't mind if remain my name in bank loan, but not SPA.

I asked lawyer, they said i need to refinance again, and the cost is about RM20k.

property bank loan balance is about RM400k, but market price now is only Rm350k, if refinance and let's say 90% is approved, i need to pay 35k(deposit) +50K(price different) +20k(lawyer) up front, which is really a huge amount of money.

May i know is there any alternative way of doing this? Can i remove my name from SPA without refinancing, or replace my name to my parent/sibling? Bank is HLB.

Issue with Partnership

Hi all, let's direct jump into the issue.

so A, B, and C plan to start an business, the figure as per below is just for reference.

Founder A will invest Rm 10,000 and handle all the IT, hardware, software
Co-founder B will invest Rm 10,000 and handle all the operation, finance, documentation.
Co-founder C will invest Rm 0(no saving), and handle all the sales and marketing.

- A, B, C have their full time job hence we wont take any salary from our company yet. We all decided wont take out the profit within 2 years
- A & B will continue to pump in equal money if initial Rm 20,000 running low.
- We have no plan to rent an office, at least for the next 2 years.
- A, B, C will consider to do full time if this project have consistent income and able to cover all the expenses.
- invested money will use to host our webpage, seo, facebook ads, mileage claim..etc
- risk on C is very low, because he didn't invest any $ at beginning of the project.

so, here is the problem:
- let's say we start earn money, how are we going to divide the money on 3rd year?
- what if C has some money and decided to bring in Rm 5,000 into the company on second year, how is the profit sharing gonna be?
- do you think A should get the higher profit because he is the one recruit B & C and the whole project idea was A's

Any other issue needs to take into considered? this is our first partnership.

problem with partnership

my friend(age 40+) called me last week and ask me for partnership, he is a busy person and handle all the projects by himself, he asked me either I can help him to handle some of the projects (mostly are web/mobile based) or not.

Me myself already have a fulltime job(9am-5pm), but I don't mind to partner with him, I can freelance it using my night hours, but I have 1 doubt before I gave him my answer:

Since I have my fulltime job, it's hard for me to do the on site support, so he asked me to give him the full source code so that he can do the simple modification/enhancement without go though me. but if I gave him my source code, I worried that he will take it as granted and use my code on his new project without my permission. I need to protect my properties(source code) too, right?

If I don't give him the source code, he needs to go though me first, even a small changes. But if doing this, will badly slow down the progress duration and the cost will be higher to end user. (I'll charge my friend, then my friend charge end user)

I'm been thinking for few days now, and still can't find a win-win solution, anyone?

currently im using shinj*ru, website have no problem, just sometime it cannot connect to the MySQL...

tried on streamyx and umobile/digi broadband, all same... but after wait for 20-30min, the connection is back on...

i bought iphone 4 2 years ago, i did sync and backup(Year 2011)
after that, i lost my iphone and i get a new iphone, i dint connect my iphone since then and keep use it as usual
until lately, when i connect to my itunes, it sync, and now my contacts/photos everything back to 2011's!

2 domains with1 hosting

now I already register abc.com.my(without hosting), can this domain share the hosting with abc.com?
when user key in abc.com or abc.com.my, they will go to the same website. the hosting im using now is shared hosting.

ATI 4850 vs 7750

currently i'm using 4850 now and it's served me very well for last 3 years, and i very happy with its' performance.

I notice that 7750 cost 50% less power consumption than 4850, 55 watts vs 110 watts, will it worth a upgrade?

how much ringgit i can save per day at the electricy if i changed to 7750 and on my PC for 24 hours if compare with 4850?

problem with illustractor

the image looks sharp and nice at 300~400%, but after i zoom out to 100%, the image looks like crap and lose the quality.

i have a website connected to mysql, every 12.00am, there is a function which will do some calculation and insert into the database.
i know this can be easily done by using button_click, but there is no way i need to sit in front of the computer every midnight.

asp.net reuse connection and command

i create a new MySqlConnection, MySqlCommand, and MySqlDataReader for every "IF" condition. but it takes times to load the page. do you guys have better idea on how to make the code more simple? any possible to reuse the connection and command? i tried, but failed.

404 - File or directory not found

i put a file name 'abc.apk' inside the "apk" 's folder and it shows "404 - File or directory not found" when i try to access it with my browser(tried on chrome, FF, and IE). I even try with jdownloader, and it keeps saying that the file is not found...

but it able to shows the picture if i put the picture file inside the "apk" folder. how can i solve this? i wanted the browser auto download the file after i key in the complete url.
