Does Apple reseller in KL sell iPhone 4s ?

Hello , I would like to know that do apple reseller such as MacStudio/Machines in KL (lowyat/TS/KLCC) sell unlocked iPhone 4s?
I've tried to check online but the result from choosing a way to buy iPhone 4s is through online buying or to sign up for a plan with a tele-communication company for it.

but when i tried to choose a way to buy iPad instead , it displays that it could be bought from the resellers

so i wanna confirm and ask that issit that resellers in KL do not sell unlocked iPhone 4s?

Hello guys , I'm still new in codings and can any1 help me solve the problem below?
i cant get the 5 inputs i entered by looping to be displayed out at the printf statement @@
can any1 tell me what gone wrong?
