Would like to get some advice.

Is it a must for contractor to visit the house for on site measurement, then only they are able to provide with a general picture/3D finished look and a quotation?

Cause I only got the floor plan from developer and it is a sub-sale, so still need to wait months (leasehold) before I can get the key for them to enter and measure.

But I would like to get the quote & plan ahead, is that possible?

*I did contacted a few on Facebook, but they must do on site measurement...
