Careful when subscribing Digi Broadband from reseller!

I was con into subscribing Digi Broadband when the sales agent told me that there's no contact and I can terminate the service anytime with no charges. How stupid am I to jump right into it as I needed to use internet for 2 months.

I went to unsubscribe the line today and to my horror the digi customer service told me that i was con and that my package is actually a 12 months contact and I needed to pay if i were to unsubscribe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ask him whether Digi can help me as I'm being con. No Sir, we can't help you sir, you have to pay no matter what sir! . The customer service then ask me for a photocopy contract and receipt as proof. Duh, is a no contract subscription! As for the receipt, the agent that sold it to me said that their printer is broken.

But they manage to found out the company responsible for the con job. PACE MAX Sdn Bhd.

So guys careful when subscribing Digi Broadband, always go the Digi Center if you have a choice, DO NOT subcribe from PACE MAX Sdn Bhd. This con job company always do roadshows in Mid Valley around the KTM station.
