Date of transaction: 2nd February 2011

Details of the complaint : Seller has gone missing in action, no items received so far, no replies, no refund
Edit: Received refund on the 22nd of March 2011 (finally).

Around end of January, russianred was 'helping' other users buy things from the US, and had organised a Forever 21 spree, as well as other brands. Her Forever 21 spree ended on the 15th of February 2011, and the estimated time of arrival stated is 2-3 weeks after.
Her replies were all very prompt until after I made payment on the 2nd of February 2011. Have not heard from her since the 3rd of March 2011. (Also I can't pm her about this because her inbox is full).

Summary of transaction:

31/01/2011 : I asked her to quote an item
31/01/2011 : She quoted price including shipping and tax
31/01/2011 : I placed my order

01/02/2011 : She provided banking details
01/02/2011 : I asked about local shipping
02/02/2011 : She gave charges for peninsular, sabah/sarawak and COD
02/02/2011 : I made payment and attached screenshot as proof. I also asked her to pm me when she posts the item.
02/02/2011 : She states ETA 2-3 weeks after closing date. She says she will keep me updated.

02/03/2011 : I ask about item status.
03/03/2011 : She says items will arrive soon.

That was the last I heard from her.

17/03/2011 until now : I tried to post on her thread, but I find it has gone missing. I tried to pm her but her inbox is full. I emailed her (russianred@live.com) about it. No reply so far. I tried to contact her using the phone number above, but can't get her.
