How to count partition area

Hi,

Recently my house has completed some partition work, the contractor is charging about 700 sq. feet. Which he claims all doors at the partition cannot be minus out. I have about 10 doors which takes about 210 sq feet. Is that true that all doors cannot minus out from the calculation of partition? He charged me additional for doors and door frame.

Please help

It has to be done at the access point? or special software/hardware is require?

We are planning to install an LED message display board at our intermediate unit shop at Level 1, the display will be install side way, so that drivers can see the signboard from far when they are passing by our shop.

We already have a lightbox signboard facing the main road like normal shop.

Does anyone know what is the maximum size for these side way signboard? I saw people installing 4feet.

Warranty effective of new house

I've a landed property in KL which is just completed and ready for key collection. The thing is i'm not planning to move in anytime soon, because i'm currently working outstation.

I know the house has a warranty period of 2 years. I'd like to know the warranty period will start the moment i collect the key (after joint inspection) or when the house is completed (even before the owner collect the key)?

Do I need to register a company?

Hi guys,

I'm new user for BB with Celcom, when I ask at the Blue Cube and Celcom center they mentioned that BB package per month is RM50 (voice call credit) + RM98 (3G unlimited), so total bill is RM148/month (if your call is less than RM50) - without taxes.

But when the bill comes, they are charging extra RM38/month for BB license = Personal Advance Monthly Fees, is there such thing as BB license? Non of them ever mentioned there is such BB license = Personal Advance Monthly Fees charges before i subscribe !

In view of the current economy downturn & not much of on going projects, our company is planning to have some sports activities for our staffs as a token of appreciation or just get together.

We are all very new to paintball game, some just played once or twice only.

Can someone please recommend me any nice field to have a paintball around Subang/PJ/KL area? We have about 10 people.

I guess paintball best play at morning or afternoon, right, because during evening or night the mask will be full of fogs, it's my personal experience, am I right?

Normally in our resume, we'll put reference, maybe 1 or 2 names, you do think it's a good idea to put your current company bosses/managers as reference?

What I mean is what if the new company call up to verify with your existing boss, is this person working here, how much he is getting paid, etc...then the existing company bosses/manager will sure be asking what is the purpose of these questions....then...the whole company will know you are looking for jobs somewhere else....

What do you think?
