Vaio - Beware

I just want to express my disappointment with Sony.

I bought a Vaio FE on Saturday. Today, it's Monday and it's back in Sony for warranty repairs.

When you take it to Sony Service centre in KLCC(where they have huge poster harping about Sony Quality and Service) they give you the standard 7 days to repair line.

Frankly, I think this is not acceptable as the computer is actually less than 48 hours old! Sony should apologise and replace instead of trying to repair. The Vaio will not run on battery power even though it shows a 100% charge in XP.

I don't want to say that I will never buy another Vaio, but this incident has made me think twice about recomending Vaio to anyone.

Now, I feel slightly better. . . . . . . . . .
