Streamyx & Torrent Problem

Since last Saturday my streamyx suddenly went down and unusable. I switch modem also the same. The phone line also no service. So i thought TM have problem and make a report on Monday. The next day everything was ok again. But after a few minute the streamyx was lost and i keep restart the modem and the same problem keep happening. for info my utorrent was running like 24/7 non-stop. My laptop only rest a few minute per week.

So I just shut off the torrent and try use for surfing only. To my surprise the line run with no problem for hours. So i open utorrent again and kaboom the line was lost. The question is it possible for TM to block torrent usage completely now? Anyone got the same problem?
