Hi,

I need help/advice from all the sifus here. I want to build own custom pc. I never build one before and wanna try to learn to build one. I want to use it for gaming and I do a LOT of video editing/music recording. and before this I use mac for all my editing and recording.

My Budget is around 5k-10k.

I want the rig can be adjustable and can be upgradable in the future

So now I need some advice/recommendation/opinion on what hardware should I get. I have some of the hardware that I think I want. I'm gonna list what I want.

Case - CM HAF X (or any recommendation?)

Processor - I think I want the Intel® Core™ i7-4930MX

GPU - GTX 780 (Planning to add SLI GTX 780 in the future)

MOBO - MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX or maybe MSI Z87 XPOWER.

Ram - dont know what brand to get. for starter minimum I want 16gb but I want to be able to expand it up to 32gb in the future because sometimes I do video editing at the same time with music recording.
But thinking of getting the Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB)

SSD - dont know yet. saw on amazon a lot of people use Samsung 840 Pro Series. is it good? if its good i wanna get the 512GB version.

HDD - Maybe Western Digital 1tb or 2tb

Cooler - Dont know what to get. saw some people use Corsair Hydro Series™ H100i. If in the future I add 3 way sli or 4 way sli..will this help cool down the pc?

PSU- I dont know. really need help on this one.

and I wanna add firewire 400 card.

so yeah..that's all..is there any hardware that I miss? does all the hardware is compatible with each other?

I really need your help..I`m using sonar 8 producer edition..my audio interface is m-audio fast track pro..
my question is why does when i`m plug in my guitar in the audio interface and try record it..the sound meter become really loud..and I turned down my guitar volume and record it..after I recor it
I hear my guitar sound with a lot of noise and buzz sound..same goes to the vocal..

really need help
